Whether you’re months ahead of a renovation or just need to work out which package is a better fit for you, this 15-minute discovery call will give you peace of mind about the next steps you’ll take and also be a great way to see if our studio is the right fit for your project. Let’s get connected.

STEP 2:

Start with your Design Consultation.

Book your 2-hour paid onsite design consult to get the ball rolling.

During this consult, we unpack your project challenges and do a room-by-room walkthrough to evaluate the design needs, budget and wishlist.

Thorough documentation of your property, and family/business lifestyle is conducted to ensure alignment and a preliminary solution breakdown is agreed on. This means you have a foundation in place and the peace of mind to proceed with a package that suits you best.

We then discuss and agree on the project terms, timeline, and deliverables and sign the contract, before processing the deposit for your chosen package.

STEP 3:

Project Onboarding.

Get familiar with our client portal.

Your project portal is where you will find everything you need throughout your design journey from checklists to invoices, trade agreements pending your sign-off, to product selections pending your review. Chat with your designer or leave your feedback on our notes. All you need throughout your interior design journey will be logged here which makes life easier no matter how busy you are.

STEP 4:

Conceptual Design.

Phase 1 begins with conceptual design.

Once onboarded, we begin with our conceptual design phase, developing 2-3 concepts per room/space for your review. This usually takes 4-6 weeks depending on the size of the project and this is important to ensure you’re happy with the direction of the design before we build out all the technical drawings.

STEP 5:

Design Finalisation.

Sign-off on concept gives us the greenlight for the design pack.

The final design pack will include all technical drawings, 3d visualisations, material samples, and final product list pending your approval for procurement by our team. This is usually developed over another 4-8 weeks depending on the size of the project.

STEP 6:

Trade Day.

Booked the Gold Package? Then you benefit from a Trade Day.

If you need end-to-end help with Trade recommendations and project coordination, then we host a Trade Day to ensure we can compile all the quotes for your final approval before moving along to the build/implementation phase.

STEP 7:

Design Implementation.

Get peace of mind with Design Implementation.

Allow us to manage your main contractor to ensure everything is done to spec and on schedule. We also bring in an independent inspector to look over the build phase to ensure that the contractors are delivering on time and on budget too.

STEP 8:

Design Reveal.

Allow us to finish your space with soft furnishings, artwork, and full styling over 1-3 days depending on project size, then photograph and host a design reveal party for you and your closest friends and family to celebrate your new home/space.
